This is a tool that lets you create Spotify playlists out of any last.fm user's favorite tracks.

You can search by any last.fm user, or connect with last.fm to see a list of your friends.

You'll be able to preview the tracks, re-sort and remove any track that you don't want in your playlist.

Note: I have another tool for last.fm that you might like. It cleans up your current scrobbles. For example, "Can't Buy Me Love - Remastered 2009" becomes just "Can't Buy Me Love". It's on github.
